Executive Committee Meeting, Paris, July, 1979

In view of the pressure in a number of countries to restore the use of capital punishment, the International Executive Committee, meeting in Paris 16-22 July, 1987, reaffirms its established commitment to work for the abolition of the use of capital punishment everywhere.
