Commission on Sustainable Development-CSD-15

30 April - 11 May , United Nations, New York

This policy setting year of the Commission on Sustainable Development will include a focus on energy issues. At the CSD- 14, WILPF, in conjunction with partner organizations coordinated an event discussing issues related to truly sustainable energy and the need to prevent nuclear energy from being considered 'sustainable'. A number of WILPF members attended the session, and some will do so again this year.
