Cluster Bomb Speakers Tour to make two UST stops Four representatives from Laos and Lebanon who have experienced the tragic effects of cluster bomb use in their countries will share their stories when the Cluster Bomb Speakers Tour stops on campus Oct. 30 and 31. The four speakers are touring the United States as a public education effort to encourage broader public awareness and action to end the production, sale and use of cluster bombs. Their tour has been arranged by Mennonite Central Committee (MCC), the relief, development and peace building agency of Mennonite churches in the United States and Canada. Accompanying the speakers is a cluster bomb photo exhibit: "Daily Terror: Walking in War’s Aftermath." Sponsoring organizations are the Justice and Peace Studies Program, Students for Justice and Peace, Amnesty Internatiuonal UST Chapter, and the School of Law's Amnesty International chapter.
