In the past few weeks, the UN Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) deployed in South Lebanon has heightened supervision of bridges over the Litani River to deter Hizbullah from moving weapons to the South, particularly in areas bordering Israel, an Israeli newspaper said over the weekend.
